scottish v

so my uncle is scottish. and my cousins wore this authentic kilt when they were little. and it somehow got passed onto me right before we moved to oregon. it's been in this 'too big' section of vienna's closet, and the other day i got nervous that i may have missed the window of wearing it...but it fits perfectly. and she loves it :) she tried to wear it 3 days in a row. i had to jump right in and take those pictures (wet hair and all) while she was ready to model it for me!! isn't she adorable?
