viva las vegas!

We started our Christmas adventure Wednesday night. We headed down to SLC for the night and were able to stay at my grandparents house, visit a little bit, and crash for the night. Jagger slept the whole car ride there, so when we got in at 10:00pm he was ready to party. The little weasel didn't go to bed until 1:30am, which made for a tired Alma and Nicole the next day. We then were able to see my other grandpa Bubba, then make a stop in Provo to pick up Monique. Luckily she was there to keep Alma company because I was completely incapacitated with my migraines. We arrived in windy Las Vegas around 10:00 Thursday night, and it felt SO good to be there. The rest of our trip consisted of shopping, eating, sleeping, eating, shopping, playing games, eating, and sleeping. IT WAS GREAT!! We played this crazy game where I acted like a wounded Pirate for most of the night. We also had a rigorous game of 2 v. 2 soccer in the back yard...which yes, required that I exert physical energy by RUNNING! And perhaps one of my new favorite places in all the world is the Town Square shopping mall fully equipped with my favorite European store H&M and an Apple store! Soon to come: JCrew and other exciting new stores.
We also watched some Christmas Classics such as:

• The Grinch (Jim Carey version) twice!
• A Muppet Christmas Carol
• Christmas Claymation
• A Christmas Story

and soon to be watched: White Christmas.

Jagger seemed to grow up over night! Apparently all he wants for Christmas is his 4 front teeth..all at the same time! What a trooper. He is loving all the attention from everyone and has started pulling himself up on everything, and walks holding our hands. I can't believe how big he is getting and that he will be 1 at the new year!!!
